Terms and Conditions
Deposit: A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking. All remaining room charges will be processed during your stay. Please note that special payment requirements may apply for specific events; any such special requirements will be clearly stated in the confirmation email sent at the time of booking.
Arrival: Check-in on your day of arrival is available by 3:00pm. If earlier check-in is needed, please let us know. Depending on availability, we will try to accommodate your request. The receptionist will be available to greet you until at least 9:00pm. If you arrive later than that, you will find a key and directions in the Late Arrival box at the rear entrance of the Main House.
Departure: Check-out on your departure day is 11:00am. If a later check-out is preferred, we might be able to arrange it, depending on whether the room must be made ready for an arriving guest.
Cancellation: The cancellation deadline is 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you cancel before the cancellation deadline, your deposit will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline, your deposit will be forfeited; however, if we are able to re-rent your room, you will be charged only the $10 processing fee.

Pet Policy: The Inn on the Green does not allow pets in any room of the inn. Service animals are welcome, but may not be left in the room alone at any time.
